We accept all major credit cards, payment via C.O.D. (over $2000 USD must receive approval).
Overseas customers are required to pay by wire transfer if cost is over $1000 USD.

You must submit a Request for Quote or call our Sales Department 631-569-2339 to confirm availability & pricing, before you can place an order.

IC DIGITAL ELECTRONICS offers a number of payment methods to process your order in a fast and simple way. Below is a list of payment methods accepted by IC DIGITAL ELECTRONICS:

• C.O.D. over $2000 USD must receive approval.

• Cashiers/Certified Check
• Credit Terms (Qualified Customers Only) After 2 orders with us within a year you may apply.

To Place an Order

After you receive a quote from your salesperson, choose your form of payment:

• We require a hard copy Purchase Order, and if paying by credit card a signed credit card authorization form.

We accept Purchase Orders by fax at 631-569-2340 or you can email it to sales@icdigitalelectronics.com

• If you would like to pay by Credit Card, download our Credit Card Authorization Form, fill it out completely including signature and fax or e-mail it to us. (If you don't feel comfortable faxing the credit card number, just put the last four numbers of the card and your sales rep will call you for the full card number).

To ensure your order is promptly and correctly entered into our system no orders will be processed until we receive a Purchase Order or Credit Card Authorization Form. Please fax all orders to 631-569-2340.

IC DIGITAL ELECTRONICS accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. By using your credit card your order can be expedited quickly and worry free. Our credit cards are processed through Washington Mutual Bank, in a secure manner.

Wire Transfers

Wire Transfers is another payment option you have when placing an order. By sending a Wire Transfer you get the peace of mind knowing that your funds are safely and accurately deposited into our account. A flat fee of $40.00USD will be added to your Invoice to cover the cost of processing your order.
