We accept all major credit cards, payment via C.O.D. & we may offer terms to qualified customers. Overseas customers are required to pay by credit card or wire transfer.

You must submit a REQUEST FOR QUOTE or call our Sales Department (631)569-2339 to confirm availability & pricing, before you can place an order.

To Place an Order

After you receive a quote from your salesperson, choose your form of payment:

• IC Digital Electronics requires a hard copy Purchase Order on all orders. We do not accept any Verbal Purchase Orders. We accept Purchase Orders by fax at 631-569-2340 or you can email it to sales@icdigitalelectronics.com


• If you would like to pay by Credit Card, download our CREDIT CARD ORDER FORM, fill it out completely including signature and fax it to 631-569-2340 (If you would rather give the card number over the phone, just exclude the card number on the fax and your sales rep will call you for it).


• To ensure your order is promptly and correctly entered into our system no orders will be processed until we receive a Purchase Order or Credit Card Authorization Form. Please fax all orders to 631-569-2340.

IC Digital Electronics accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. By using your credit card your order can be expedited quickly and worry free. Our credit cards are processed off-line, in a safe and secure manner.

Wire Transfers

Wire Transfers or T/T''s is just another payment option you have when placing an order with IC Digital Electronics. By sending a Wire Transfer you get the peace of mind knowing that your funds are safely and accurately deposited into our account. As a result of high banking cost a flat fee of $35.00USD will be added to your Invoice to cover the cost of processing your order.
